Derek was here three times in the past three days and was great. Was professional and patient, answering all my questions. Have signed up for the annual contract to have him back!
This morning I had a new hot water heater installed. I can safely say that the plumbing team of Dean and Derek were as efficient and professional as the HVAC team that have been servicing my units for the last 10 years. I used Wesley Woods services today to install a new Air Conditioner Unit. The team of Georgie, Chris and Max showed up on time and began work immediately. During installing the units, they explained what they were doing throughout the installation. Upon completion of installation, they went over what was done and gave some pointers on how I can save energy costs.
We have used Wesley Wood for years now , stayed with them through the change of owner ship then back again. Unfortunately, they have changed, in a bad way. We have yearly check up service on two air conditioners and heaters . We schedule months out when they ask however of late we keep getting changed. This month October 2020 we have been moved three times because the service person cannot make the time scheduled, so they ask the callers to change it even though you confirmed it the day before. WW/Service Experts came out to our home for our contracted bi-annual HVAC Spring servicing. We were told that we had a cracked heat exchanger on our furnace and CO2 could leak. The tech recommended we should replace our ENTIRE HVAC system and quoted a price of $10,000-$12,000 BUCKS!! Then he recommended Lennox(WHICH OWNS WW/SERVICE EXPERTS)!!!
