I am new to the area and have tried calling 3 times in the last two weeks. I left two voicemails, one week apart. I have not been able to speak to a person or receive a call back. I see that others have posted the same concern on these reviews, and their response is to call the same number I’ve been trying to call. Disappointing. Edit to update: I have left a third voicemail and continued to call 2-3 times per week with no response.
They were all very professional and kind.
My first time going, the nurses were an absolute dream! But the doctor that seen me completely ruined my day and has made me feel uncomfortable about coming back. She kept suggestion birth control and conception methods when I expressed to her I am WANTING to get pregnant!! She rolled her eyes at me even at one point when I told her WHAT exactly happened to me and why I was previously in the ED and even when I asked if it would be possible for me to get tested to see if I have any complications with getting pregnant, I sugge... read more
The office had a friendly and positive environment! I had an easy conversation with all the nurses and doctors as well!
Everyone is always friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are in good health. I can’t say how grateful I am for how they have cared for my health as a woman. That is rare to find these days.
