Wonderful customer/patient service. The doctors, nurses, techs, and other staff were all very friendly and kind and helpful. My first prenatal appointment went smoothly and everyone was so sweet and understanding. Can’ttt say I’m impressed with their phone call response time. All but one time that I called (well during business hours, on separate occasions) it goes straight to a prerecorded message that tells you to leave a voicemail. Every member of the staff was personal and competent. I felt well cared for and confident that my health issues were being addressed.
Amazing! It’s so refreshing to be seen and heard, my primary care doctor has been unable to help. I’ve been a patient of this clinic for a little over a year. If you're having hot flashes or any other perimenopause symptoms this is your place to go. Stop suffering and get the help you need.
