He explains medical terminology (i.e. Absorption of vitamins, how prescriptions work with body and may interfere with other meds, side effects, etc) in a way that is easy for a lay person to understand. He is genuine human being, who takes the practice of medicine seriously and he has a true compassion for his patient base.
