Terrible none-existing management, terrible non-existent security. Worst building i have ever been to. HVAC always down 4 years in a row. Elevators always down (every weekend or Monday 2 out of 4 out of service). Multiple waste of time and money monthly checks (generator etc.) that doesn't seem to do anything. If you are a new buyer or new renter AVOID at all cost. Not to forget, alarm would trigger middle of the night , security can't communicate, doesn't know how to use the system, or how to switch the alarm to the hallway... read more
Terrible management, terrible security, there is not a single positive thing about this building.
The new staff at concierge is extremely pathetic and unprofessional….I had my medicines delivered from my hometown and when I went to receive the package…the concierge sent me back saying they have not yet registered the package in their system so wont be able to give….inspite of me i forming them that its my medicines and I need to start taking its dose….she didnt have the courtesy to register it which was hardly a 2-3 mins time… On next occasion……they werent able to find a big box from amazon….which showed DELIVERED on ama... read more
