Although, Wesley St. James didn’t end up being my new home, I had an amazing impromptu tour of the property with Nina Vergara. She was knowledgeable, kind and her overall customer service was impeccable. Ask for her for your next tour!
Do not trust management. Don't waste your time moving here. If you're looking to move here do not trust management. Especially Juan. He's is an absolute liar and deceiver. I lived here for almost 3 years. I had to move out 4 months before my lease was up due to taking care of my elderly mother. They didn't have a ground floor that I could move into and my mother can't climb stairs. Nina, the leasing manager, told me to give 2 months notice and that was all that was required to break the lease. So far so good thanks to Najma. The property is clean and it seems to be safe. The gates are often open which defeats the purpose of a gated community though!!
