Do not live here. The units they have you tour seem nice, but the reality is thin walls, roaches, and bad neighbors. Leasing office is okay. These apartments are very dated as other reviewers have said. You can hear every single step and the walls are very thin. Kitchen appliances and cabinets were in very bad condition, the wood peeling off I had roaches for 3+ months until I stopped seeing them all the time. I lived here for almost 3 years in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. The outdoor patio is a highlight of the apartment and the indoor space itself is perfect for a single person, or couple to live in. Jessica at the front desk was incredibly helpful from the moment I moved in, until the day I moved out. Every concern was addressed immediately and never met with an attitude. If I had to move back to Greenville, I would greatly consider Wesley South!

I lived at Wesley South for a year and it was the best living experience in Greenville. Management was always helpful and kind. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the community facilities were well kept. The walls are a bit thin but that was my only issue while living here.

Lived here for a year, the management is okay. Lived on the top floor and the walls and floor are paper thin. You can hear every bump and bang beside and below you and people talking. My apartment always smelt like smoke and weed from the people below me and the office was aware. Multiple complaints were made due to the noise levels and the smell. I’ve lived here in one of the 1st floor 1 bedroom units for almost two years and about to move. It is the best apartment i’ve lived in greenville (versus the bower & paramount). My favorites/pros: the patio space, friendly community, and washer/dryer hookups, no hidden fees, and quick maintenance. Cons are always going to be more explained and longer because they are not the same for everyone.
