I wouldn’t recommend renting through Wesley Properties. Aside from the roach problem, they have security cameras in the common areas but they refuse to do anything useful with them. There’s been a huge mail theft problem (specifically in the buildings on Laporte Ave.) and they haven’t done anything to try to fix this. People are free to come in and grab your packages whenever they want!
