I submitted a review yesterday that has not yet been posted. I'd like to have it NOT posted now. I subsequently learned that Juan had a legitimate family emergency. Even though my adverse experiences were accurate (other than the most recent foe to the emergency), I'd nonetheless prefer that the first post NO LONGER be posted. Thanks...

Wesley Properties employs Juan M as their maintenance manager. What a nightmare of a person. First of all, he 'moonlights' so much on outside work that he's barely available to do his main job. He repeatedly fails to perform client jobs he's specifically agreed to complete (including in writing). Also, he states his folks are qualified to help in skilled areas when in reality he and they can barely handle unskilled tasks.
