So kind 10/10 recommend everyone is so nice they really took care of us and were very speedy with maintenance requests
They only listen to parents. When I repeatedly contacted them about refunding me for money they stole out of my account they dismissed me. They only complied when I got my father on the phone with them. They have no respect for the students actually living in their properties.
They charged me double rent for one month and will not refund it. I have called several times.
My daughter is in her third year as a tenant in a property managed by Wesley. The team at Wesley is professional and strives to help resolve property issues. Recently, this firm resolved parking issues for the tenants to help ensure spaces were available for the property. They also have a phone service for weekends and prompt maintenance people when needed. I recommend Wesley. Thank you!!!!
My daughter lived in a duplex of theirs last year. When we moved her in, the bedroom and bathroom was filthy. There was a heavy layer of dust all over the baseboard and the bathroom floor tile looked disgusting. I got down on my hands and knees to clean with a scrub brush and toothbrush and pink mildew came up all over. They charge a $250 cleaning fee per tenant as part of the deposit so I expect it would have been spotless. It would barely cost that to clean a 3000 sq foot house, not one bedroom and bathroom.
