Iv lived here for over 5 years and it sucks to see some of these comments that are clearly from certain residents that had unrealistic expectations of how an apartment complex operates. They’re instead attacking the staff’s characters, and accusing them of not doing their jobs well. Wesley place is by far the best place iv ever lived and a big part of it is FROM management. They are like family and go above and beyond for you. Some of these great people: cheryl, krysta, frances, tammy, shawn and gail 🤗 .
This building is very poorly managed. The elevator has been out of service for close to a month. The management is difficult to get a hold of and have little regard for the concerns of their tenants. They only care about renting the units, once you are in they don't care about you and never return calls. Very unprofessional and poorly managed building.
Although I'm not a resident here, I felt compelled to share my experience with the building manager, Cheryl Hennig, who used to be the manager where I currently live. She left my building a few weeks ago and she's already missed. Cheryl's always been very professional, attentive and extremely proactive.
