Taking my daughter to the Medically Complex Clinic gives me so much peace because everyone is very professional and personal. The staff and doctors take the time to listen to our needs and take action on them.
My doctor is a joke. The last couple of times, I had told them my symptoms, like headaches, stomach aches, and feeling more tired than usual, yet they always dismissed them and said I was overreacting and I had nothing. They are not understanding or sympathetic. They don't even try to help with the problems. I hate this place.
Staff is friendly, cool environment. But it seems like every time I attempt to schedule an appointment for my child they tell me to take my child to immediate Care which defeats the purpose of even having a primary doctor in my opinion. When I do get the opportunity to schedule a appointment it’s over a month out..
