I’ve call to follow up after not hearing back a wk of leaving a message for my doc or nurse there to call back. I’ve talked to a VERY UNTRAINED AND RUDED girl who pick up the phone. Her name was SHAE and after being told some wrong informations on purpose. I’ve ask to speak with the manager. She lied said there was no manager there. I love this provider
One of the most shambolic experiences I've ever encountered trying to receive healthcare. Run, do not walk, away from this practice. My visit was with Dr. Adamolekun, he wrote a single prescription for pregabalin which I couldn't even get filled because, when my pharmacy tried reaching out to verify basic information about my prescription, neither he nor the practice could be reached after more than a week of trying.
New staff not so friendly at the front desk.....😡😌
On today, April 14, 2022 he visited Dr. Elahi at the Cordova office went totally wrong. We arrived at 10:15a for a 10:30a appointment. We arrived early for sure because our first visit March 16, 2022 we arrived at 10:20 and we were turned away and given today's appointment. With No empathy that he was in a wheelchair with No mobility. Today we were not called to the back until after 11:00a. Triage complete by Kim by 11:05a. We did not see Dr. Elahi untill 12:40p.
