I’ve called and made an appointment 5 months in advance and they call less than a week before the appointment changing the times. When I informed the lady the time wasn’t going to work and it was extremely unprofessional to wait that short of a time she then had a attitude and told me she was going to hang up on me .Rahul sonone was the doctor. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone!
I’ve call to follow up after not hearing back a wk of leaving a message for my doc or nurse there to call back. I’ve talked to a VERY UNTRAINED AND RUDED girl who pick up the phone. Her name was SHAE and after being told some wrong informations on purpose. I’ve ask to speak with the manager. She lied said there was no manager there. Anyways long story short I knew it wasn’t right and I had to drive to the office to report her to the manager who was clearly there. ROBERT is the Administrator there. I love this provider
One of the most shambolic experiences I've ever encountered trying to receive healthcare. Run, do not walk, away from this practice. My visit was with Dr. Adamolekun, he wrote a single prescription for pregabalin which I couldn't even get filled because, when my pharmacy tried reaching out to verify basic information about my prescription, neither he nor the practice could be reached after more than a week of trying.
New staff not so friendly at the front desk.....😡😌
