Dr. Gardner and his whole staff was polite. They were very courteous very fast and he took care of my issue within minutes. I'd like to thank Wesley for that.
Came in with severe pain from a previous hip replacement barely able to put weight on my leg. Was given a shot of anti inflammatory, a lidocaine patch and an anti-anxiety pill after a 1 minute basic examination. Was given follow up instructions that included when to seek urgent medical attention, 3/4 of which i was complaining of on that very visit. Ive been to this ER NUMEROUS times, as it is the closest to me, and usually things with my little one happen late at night or on a weekend abd its the only option. The staff , nurses and doctors have always been so kind, so patient and efficient. We are usually there for my toddler and they handle her well. I love this wesley location 🙏

The nurses were very sweet but I went there when I had broken my ribs and they told me I was having gas pains after giving me an xray and sent me home. I didn’t know I had broken my ribs until I went to via Christi after having more complications and horrible pain for days. There they found I had TWO broken and how they have no idea how the er didn’t see them. They can’t do anything to treat broken ribs but it was nice to have an answer and not nice to now have to pay two bills. Will never trust this place again
