Ive been to this ER NUMEROUS times, as it is the closest to me, and usually things with my little one happen late at night or on a weekend abd its the only option. The staff , nurses and doctors have always been so kind, so patient and efficient. We are usually there for my toddler and they handle her well. I love this wesley location 🙏

The nurses were very sweet but I went there when I had broken my ribs and they told me I was having gas pains after giving me an xray and sent me home. I didn’t know I had broken my ribs until I went to via Christi after having more complications and horrible pain for days. There they found I had TWO broken and how they have no idea how the er didn’t see them. They can’t do anything to treat broken ribs but it was nice to have an answer and not nice to now have to pay two bills. Will never trust this place again
This was the best experience ever I’ve had stomach issues for years they diagnosed me within an hour and changed my life I’m so relieved and grateful. Customer see was phenomenal everyone so nice
Had a medical emergency (severe ear pain/ hearing loss/ pressure/ tinnitus) was taken back pretty fast (because it was 3am) but still waited 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor. I expressed that I have never had an ear infection (I’ve taken care of my nephews and but this doesn’t seem like an ear infection. The doctor looked in my are for almost 3 seconds and said it was severe swimmers ear. Gave me drops to help the pain. When I used them they hurt my ear worse.
