Always easy to get into see the doctor there. Great service and very helpful doctor.
Unbelievably shocking Dr experience, I walked out mid visit after Dr Tan took 10 minutes to write my name and address on an old school referral pad for something I didn’t even ask for. Do not waste your time or money attending this clinic! Oh and I still got charged the full amount!!
I visited Wesley Medical for a consultation regarding an unexplained rash on my arm, hoping for a professional assessment. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Dr. Tan appeared to rely more on guesswork than expertise, flipping through an old 90s textbook in an attempt to visually match my rash rather than conducting a thorough examination. Dr Tan has been my Dr for years at another practice and he is excellent. I queried Reception why the Medicare rebate is lower at Wesley - advice I got from the lady was to "find another clinic". My request for Dr Tan to phone me was ignored, sad to depart from Dr Tan, but I took her advice.
Husband booked a same day appointment for our daughter online and took her into city to attend. When he arrived the practice was closed and nobody was there. Nobody could be contacted over the phone. Big waste of time and trip into the city with parking, etc
