I can't say that the whole medical center is bad (because I spent like 5 minutes for nothing more than something that's now not necessarily a problem anymore), but what I aim to address is the overpricing that can possibly occur and the sudden abrupt response when you call them out for that problem. I have tried to email my concerns, but the email was rejected. I saw Dr Tan to have a dressing changed on a burn. He did not wear gloves and washed the implements under the tap. He then proceeded to clean the burn with alcohol, which was extremely painful and resulted in the burn bleeding. He then dressed the burn. It was painful for the rest of the evening. I’m surprised to see all these bad reviews. May be the service has improved after all the bad feedback. My visit was great. Staff and Dr Eric Tan were very friendly, helpful and quick with my appointment.

I will be looking for a new gp after yesterday. Its already a bit expensive for a 30min ($90) consult but was charged an extra $40 because the doctor is very slow on his computer & went over the 30min
