For those that may need it they are managed by AVILA REAL ESTATE 770-518-2401. If there was a one star, we would give it. I have been in an apartment for the past 2- weeks with NO AC in 85-90+ degree temps with a 2 year old. They have repeatedly said they are waiting on part. When they did show, they said it was something outside that needed to be repaired, and that would be a process for the cycle to run. That was yesterday when the temp reached 92.
