I have lived in this complex since October 2023, and it gets worse as the days go by. I have contacted the leasing office by phone, email and walked in and no one ever follows up. Jonathan Ramirez is the property manager, but he never returns any calls, responds to any emails and hides in the back office when you come to the office in person. I have been promised by JC, Sidney and Sadie that I would be contacted by Jonathan regarding my concerns, and I still have not seen or spoken to him since I moved into this community... read more
