Very thorough and takes his time to answer any questions. He doesn’t rush you and has a great bedside manner. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I would definitely recommend him!
Was seen in the ER. They referred Me to this doctor to get a follow up appointment ASAP. This is one of THE hardest people to get ahold of. I called yesterday at 3:45 PM EST. I was told to leave a detailed message. I then called again this morning, left another detailed message. Have yet to receive a call back. There is an option to "page" a surgeon but I didn't really want to do that. I tried it anyways and the answering service pretty much told Me there was nothing I can do. I had two hernias (1 huge one) repaired with mesh. While performing the surgery he also removed a ton of adhesions in my belly. I have had a prior hernia repair and recovery was horrible , so I had anxiety about having this one done. This time however, I had some pain afterwards but only needed pain killers for about 2 days. 2 weeks post op and I feel great! Dr. Wesley Johnson is awesome!! Would definitely recommend!!
