This is my first time using this company. When I called up Sandy and let her know my 7 year old air conditioning unit was running but blowing out hot air and that my was house was at an uncomfortable temperature of 85 degrees she got me scheduled for an appointment the next day. She was compassionate and friendly as we talked. When the staff arrived at my house he gave me top notch service. He was friendly and patient as I explained what I had experienced. My A/C went out over 4th of July weekend, I scheduled an appointment for the next business day. The technician was an hour and a half past the appointment, I didn't get a call about my appointment being later. When the technician got to my house he blamed the issue on the thermostat. I've been using the thermostat that came with the house for 5 months until I had issues with my A/C then I changed it to a different thermostat that I have and my A/C still had issues.
