I needed to reschudule and appointment and called the number it was an over and over loop of madness with an automated system. I finally tried and got a live person and explained my issue, and was put right back into the loop. 20 minutes of trying, and it shouldn't be this hard! Stressful and unnecessary. Never completed the task.
I just got a call from this office changing my MRI from May 16th to Oct 8th. This is ridiculous. How could my scheduled appointment suddenly disappear.
Impossible to reach. Locked during working hours. Nobody answers phone calls.
Went during office hours and the doors are locked. Tried to call and was sent into an endless loop of automated messages
