The doctor working today is so rude her tone and the way she talks back is so disrespectful. And the receptionists are busy just chit chatting. So unprofessional I’m changing my doctor I hate it here.
last week I had an appointment walked into the clinic TV was on Mexican Channel. LOUD after my visit I was giving paperwork one was for an appointment for blood work which never stated I had to be fasting I went in 2 days later they rescheduled my appointment the receptionist was very rude what's my discharge papers I was giving another patient all his personal information I was looking for receptionist to give it back to her she was nowhere to be found this place is a joke very unprofessional
Good doctors but the wait is so long they overbook there appointments
I have been coming here for years. Sure You have to wait a long time sometimes but hey they are pretty good at what they do. My doctor is Dr Naidu and I myself think she is an excellent doctor. She cares for her patients. Not only is she my doctor, but she is my significant other's as well. She has gone above and beyond for him. And the staff two of them I have gotten to know Eva and Eva are so helpful. Oh they also have a dentist here at the clinic. So convenient. So all in all,I like this place.
To state the issues I have had is too much. Simply stated the Dr.s suck and they are lazy and all just want to pass the buck. Which takes away from the courteous staff and diagnostics.
All in all I think it's a wonderful Clinic and friendly courteous and very efficient
