My first visit for an evaluation of my knee problem. Dr. Lackey was quick and efficient. Very confident, yet not arrogant.
From the time I was put in a room until I walked out I was treated with courtesy and respect. I shared a little with Dr. Lackey re: my husband's passing and he was so kind and compassionate. The lady who checked me in was professional, xray tech was a sweetheart, Dr. Lackey was 5 stars and the nicest nurse who gave me the cortisone injection top notch. Thanks to ALL!
Dr Lackey gave me a thorough explanation of why I am a good candidate for the surgery he is proposing, followed by an excellent description of the procedure.
