They saved me from being homeless because of my bipolar a few times
Terrible when it comes to medicine and refills. Trying to reach the nurses is a task in futility. I was told that if I couldn't get a hold of the nurse to call and ask for my provider. Any time you due the desk staff become rude and just tell you no and force you to the nurse line. The providers also don't listen when you tell them things and like to just tell you it's fine or that something else is the cause. If you have a choice go anywhere else for help.
I have been having issues getting my medication on time and when I leave messages with the nursing line, no one calls me back. One of the times, I was told by my nurse practitioner that prescribes my medicine, to call the nursimg line if there was an issue with one of my new medications and let them know so.they can contact her (my nurse practitioner) and make changes. Positive. Completed IOP and 3 DBT classes. Continued with therapy and meds. It’s been over 6 years and all of this helped me to change my life. I was taught tools and how to use them in my daily life. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK ON YOURSELF—YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO CHANGE. Have a wonderful therapist. Had great teachers for IOP and DBT classes. I believe DBT should be taught in at least 1 semester in high school—-everyone benefits!
