Best doctors office I ever been to. Everyone is so nice.
I saw a new Dr today, Dr Hughes. I was VERY happy with him! He not only listened to me he had great recommendations! He did meet with his higher up, who came back to the exam room with Dr Hughes when he went over everything with me. Both are great men and I look forward to returning later to see Dr Hughes for my follow - up.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Metzinger! Always try my hardest to get a visit with her! As for Whitely, I really don't care if he's "more likely to write a script without an appointment". He shouldn't be telling new parents, whose babies have minimal jaundice, that their baby could end up "MENTALLY RETARDED". Old man needs sensitivity training.
Incompetent and rude scheduling/front desk who will put you on hold for 30+ minutes (for EXISTING PATIENT) before getting the joy of speaking to one of these folks who don’t seem to have the patients best interest in mind. Dr/nursing staff too busy to actually talk to you for any meaningful amount of time. If you have a newborn/baby, go somewhere else if you actually want thoughtful, professional care
