Horrible customer service, the lady at the front desk wouldn’t even let me finish what I was trying to say before she slammed the sliding glass door in my face. I have gotten better service at the local McDonalds, 10/10 would recommend finding another eye doctor.
Poor service with his assistant or what ever she is. Every time I have brought my daughter here the Spanish lady has had an extremely bad attitude, she obviously hates her job. The others are not as bad but are a little on the snooty side too. The eye doctor himself is great but until he gets better help I will no longer be doing business here.
Extremely rude woman answering the phone. Obviously hates her job and takes it out on future patients.
Best eye Dr. As long as he is working I will come to see him. Trust me when I say he cares about people and their eyes
