Great patient communication, explained condition and long term expectations. Ordered blood work and additional testing to better understand extent of condition.
Everyone is so nice and easy to talk to, from the receptionist and the nurse to Dr. Deans. I’m going through a difficult time after losing my job and health insurance, and Dr. Deans went above and beyond to help me with my medication so that I had one less thing to worry about. His kindness and compassion genuinely meant so much to me during an incredibly stressful time. I left my appointment feeling extremely grateful and cared for. I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.
Dr. Deans is professional and thorough. He listens to you. And when he makes suggestion he asks what you want to do. He is affable and very approachable.
