I was referred from my Family doctor, and I would never recommend them to any of my friends. It is hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone; I needed information on a device prescribed by Dr. Deans and of course I didn't have all the information that was needed. I waited for a return call with no luck after 3 days. I did sign into my account online through my chart and sent a message, even though I got a fast response via secure message, it's not conducive to some who do not know how to use their online accounts. Dr. Deans is an excellent neurologist! He knows his stuff and I will recommend him even though he’s a 49ers fan. I never had an issue calling or working with the office. And Dr. Deans does great notes. Did not have an issue getting my insurance to approve my brain MRI.
honestly the worst clinic we have ever been to. they do NOT answer the phone, and they act oblivious when you ask why. Dr. Deans doesn’t put in detailed notes, which makes it impossible to get imaging approved through insurance. would not recommend!
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Deans. I am so grateful for him and his care. The entire staff is amazing! They care and they show it!
