Bad experience buying a house where Wesley was the representing the Seller. Over text message Wesley said an appliance was included and during final home inspection it was gone. Wesley told my relator the buyers must have changed their mind and since it wasn't in the contract tough luck. My realtors fault for not including in the contract but i believe Wesley acted in bad faith and could of made it right before closing.
