I want to start by saying that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The office itself was professional, and everyone I interacted with was polite. However, I was very disappointed with my visit. When booking the appointment on their website, they clearly offer the option to see either a nurse/skin specialist or the doctor. It is very important to me to see a doctor when possible, so I specifically searched for and scheduled an appointment with the doctor. I even had to wait longer to find an available time slot. My husband and I are both patients here, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. The doctor is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. The nurse and front desk team deserve special mention—they are exceptional! Always so kind, welcoming, and efficient, they make every visit a pleasant experience from start to finish. We’re so grateful for this wonderful team and highly recommend this office!
I visited Dr. Tadicherla’s dermatology clinic and had an excellent experience. She was attentive, thorough, and kind, taking time to answer all my questions. Despite the clinic being very busy, she was very punctual, which I really appreciated. Her staff are all also very nice and understanding as well.
I had a disappointing experience here in December 2024, and ended up in the ER with infected stitches. I had an excision/stitches on December 4, and after 10 days the area was red/swollen/painful and seemed to be infected. It was the weekend, so I called and left messages through the after hours line two nights in a row. I never received a call back.
