They said they cover my insurance on 7/6 so I scheduled an appointment for 7/16. On 7/15 I was finally sent the intake forms and told me the therapist was still getting her credentials and that I would need to pay full price. They were not covered by my insurance as they promoted on Headway and over the phone when scheduling the appointment.
