Unusual and uncomfortable intake process—felt like a legal setup, not patient care I was injured in a car accident and referred to Complete Care by urgent care. My experience here was strange and unsettling. I initially spoke with a scheduler who told me they offered “interdisciplinary” or “multidisciplinary” services, which I understood to mean care from a physician PMR specialist, PT/OT, and perhaps a massage therapist. This office is by far the best I’ve been to with my injury’s. They are organized with a wonderful team! Always smiles on their faces and ready to help the next. I highly recommend coming here if you have any injuries.
