Greeted by a lovely professional receptionist Sarah.Seen by a very proficient dentist Rebecca who put me at ease and offered lots of useful advice on dental health. Along with Vicki her glamorous dental assistant what a fabulous team.
Been with Karl for over 20 years even followed him when he moved practice but because they no longer send out check up reminders (which I have been waiting for as this triggers a call to get my check up booked in) or bother to tell patients that they no longer send letters and in fact remove patients without telling them I have now been taken off the list. The receptionists attitude was disgusting just repeating that it’s not their fault they no longer send reminders and also don’t tell you before removing you from their lis... read more
