Will never be ordering flowers from here again. Ordered the picture of flowers below to be sent to my boss at the hospital. She received something completely different no sunflowers, Gerber daisy's instead and dark red carnations instead of the pink, looked nothing like the picture. I got no call from Wesley berry asking me if it was OK to send those flowers seeing as it is nothing like the picture. So i spoke to the owner and she advised me if i wanted a refund they had to go and get the flowers back from the hospital. obvi... read more

Placed an order for same day delivery to a hospital. My friend got moved around the hospital but the flowers caught up with her and still on the same day. Everyone that saw them sent me a text telling me how beautiful they were. Thank you so much for the help!!!

Absolutely terrible!!!!! I ordered flowers for a funeral told them time of funeral, 15 minutes before the funeral they call to tell me the flowers won't be ready. I then give them a home address so the flowers can be delivered to the home of the people. I get an email that night saying my order has been delivered of in the process of being delivered. The next day I get a phone call saying my order still had not been delivered. I wouldn't recommend this company at all!

Do not use this florist ever! I paid an express delivery charge and the flowers were never delivered. When I called custmer service 9 times, each time I was put on hold and ultimately disconnected every time. This company appears to be fraudulent advertising as a florist and takjng the money and running.
