I do not know if Dr Acker remembers me from visit to visit, but he makes me feel like he does.

I have been a long time patient and the quality of care has greatly decreased since he joined Texas health resources. Every time I call for an appointment I’m sent to a NP. I haven’t been able to actually see him in awhile. His NP was absolutely horrible and refused to see me in person. I was told I couldn’t be given oral antibiotics which I later found out is false and was given ear drops for a pretty severe ear infection. She told me it was highly unlikely for adults to get an ear infection and wasn’t going to do anything ... read more
