The staff are incredibly rude; staff does not attend to patients; and they do not adhere to doctor orders. When I visited, the lady with the bad hair dye job at the front desk rolled her eyes. Then a patient was constantly requesting a drink and the CNA said, "I'll get to it when I get to it". Further, the Google site makes it difficult for anyone to leave reviews which skews the ratings making it seem that it's really a 5 star rehabilitation.
I would like to sincerely thank All the staff members that work here once those doors opened we were Greeted in and Welcomed From day one tell the last day, three weeks to be exact. I would truly come back to Weslaco Regional Rehabilitation. from, George, Leader of Physical Therapy, and all the staff members To all the nurses and staff members. I am delighted to be here everyone was very nice to me I appreciate all the assistance they gave me the therapy was excellent the nurses are fantastic the Pcts are great mayda was very nice and always went to visit me even if she didn't have me that day will recommend this place to family and friends
This was the first time coming to this facility. My husband, Ruben Aguirre was admitted Into this facility like it because as soon we were in the building, they welcome us with open arms, all the staff. Mayda,Dora and Juanita zulema, Aleta. There was so sweet and generous with us. They were always try to keep us comfortable.
