Made me wait 8 hours to finally do something about my brand new truck that broke down. This is unacceptable and a more detailed complaint will be going to the owner of Payne dealership.
Due to the flood I lost my vehicle. I remember my first time experience buying my vehicle with a different dealership. I spent a whole day for the whole process and I still didn’t get out with a vehicle which is why I hesitated so much going to a dealership again. Payne weslaco experience was definitely much different.!! My Salesman Mr. Alvizo helped me and got most of my info while I was still at work just over the phone. Poor customer service, did not properly work on my vehicle, don’t waste your time
Before signing to buy a car get in writing what you negotiated for because then you won't get it and there's no proof. And don't bother going for tint here second time coming to replace bubbles and scratches caused by installation person.
