Due to the flood I lost my vehicle. I remember my first time experience buying my vehicle with a different dealership. I spent a whole day for the whole process and I still didn’t get out with a vehicle which is why I hesitated so much going to a dealership again. Poor customer service, did not properly work on my vehicle, don’t waste your time
Before signing to buy a car get in writing what you negotiated for because then you won't get it and there's no proof. And don't bother going for tint here second time coming to replace bubbles and scratches caused by installation person.
I want to take a moment to thanks a couple of amazing people at Payne Chevrolet and Payne Ford Motors. First of all Mike Uribe (Coach) is one of the most humble and capable people I have ever met.
