We loved our flooring! It looks amazing, but I was upset about their return policy. We were instructed to look at the boxes that the flooring was shipped in before the UPS truck left the premises. We were instructed not to open the boxes or the warranty/policy of return would be voided. #1. My wife was the only one home when the flooring was shipped so she did not know what to do except do a quick glance over. #2.
