I had an amazing experience with Alex. His knowledge and patience with me and my husband was great when we were looking for our new family vehicle. We were able to find a car that hit every wicket that we were looking for! 10/10 recommend this dealership!
When I did not qualify for a TV advertised lease that brought me to the dealership the staff worked to find me a lease with working numbers. I was treated with dignity and respect and happy with the final offer. The only negative was the process was too slow.
Do not trust Premier Carlsbad Chevrolet. August now. Filed complaint w BBB and Chevrolet corporate . They ignoring them too. I feel like I was robbed, deceived, 02/02/2022 Did not fix problem. All work done was unnecessary. Was a bolt in passenger side front tire, scratch on front windshield. Nobody calling me back to try fix issues. Feel like I just got robbed .
