This is by far the worst office. Staff with attitude and you’ll be waiting well over an hour past your appointment time. It’s absurd.
What’s the point of having an appointment? If three hours later you’re still haven’t been seen?
Only getting two stars because while the staff is nice, they don’t tell you the truth. For some reason, now that I have my third child I have to go in monthly to pick up my formula.. mind you my child has a congenital heart defect with a scheduled open heart surgery. I was told oh you can come in and get it, no appointment is needed - I arrived after squeezing the stop in because it’s 40 minutes from me and then was told I had to wait to be seen to get my formula.
