I wanted to order food to go, so I called ahead to place an order. I was told they don’t accept to-go orders over the phone. I even offered to prepay with a credit card, but they still refused. Instead, I was told I had to drive there, place my order in person at the bar, and wait for it to be cooked. In 2026, that’s an incredibly inconvenient policy. Most restaurants make it easy to order ahead, especially if you’re willing to pay in advance. Unfortunately, this policy wasted my time and guaranteed they lost my business.
