Wesco installed a gas powered tankless hot water system for us in 2022 - and has had issues ever since. We have had techs out to our home for hot water issues 6 times in the last 90 days. Nobody seems to know how to service or troubleshoot the machine THAT THEY INSTALLED. My husband spent 6 hours working on the unit with a tech last week. They had to call the manufacturer in Canada to get answers to issues. My wife called wesco this morning to let then know we were out of oil and arrange payment for service a man she spoke with belittled her to the point of crying we have been loyal with weson at 2 houses and over 20 years hope this is seen and other people realize how horrible this is
