Apparently Billy has been mentioned about being a drunk and messing up!!!!and leaving and not telling anyone...but he still remains employed.....you by far are the worst company!!!! And you don't honor your 24/7 emergency statement either....I live in a housing complex that had a contract with you guys.....and for years we've have gone without hot water for days and days...it the same situation every time.... Great customer service from the owner/owner's daughter. We've even had our old oil tank collapse into the ground, on one extreme-cold, Christmas Eve, while my husband and I were working opposite 12 hour ICU shifts. They had a team come out emergently and took care of everything within hours!
This company is fantastic. Polite, professional, and very quick to respond to customer questions and/or concerns. Have been doing business with them for over 15 years. When we moved a few years back, our new house was being served by a different provider. Mid way into the first heating season we were back with Wesco. The difference in level of service is tangible and appreciated.
Crooks! Charged me $325 for a $100 part that’s on top of the $189 an hr for labor. I understand mark up but 325% is just robbery and I think it’s been long enough that you can stop using covid as an excuse to rip people off! I’d rather set the little money I have left on fire to keep warm than to ever purchase another gallon of oil from this company.
