I would give them zero stars if possible. My company bought a Wesco drum handler. About 6 months later, with very light use, we were having some mechanical issues with it. I called the distributor we purchased from, and they said they do not do any repair work and to call the manufacturer Wesco. We called the Wesco customer service and explained our situation that we just purchased a Wesco drum handler about 6 months ago, and It's having mechanical issues, and we need to have it repaired.
