Worst company to ever communicate with. Dropped off my glass to get fixed 4 weeks ago, was told I’d get a response by the following Monday. It’s been a month and no one picks up the phone. I just want to pick up my glass piece but this place is also never open to be able to do so. I don’t know how this company even has clients. 0/10 recommend. Disgraceful service.

There isn’t much positive to say about this place in all honesty. I thought looking at the good reviews that this place would be fantastic but it was the complete opposite. The first time replacing my glass they made it the wrong size so they had to get another piece made. And just so you know, they don’t do any of the work there with glass, they just order it through their distributors. So they are essentially just an installer. Wish I knew that to begin with and not after the fact. That explains why the price was much high... read more

They replaced a broken sealed unit at my house. The technicians and the administrator that did the invoicing were all great to deal with. Job done on-time and on-budget. I would definitely hire them again.

Called on a Friday to enquire a replacement window, the CSR advised she will send a tech out that day for measurement and provide a quote through email and I was not required to be home for the measurements as I am at work. Next day Saturday I received no email, so I called and left a message as they are most likely closed Saturday.
