There isn’t much positive to say about this place in all honesty. I thought looking at the good reviews that this place would be fantastic but it was the complete opposite. The first time replacing my glass they made it the wrong size so they had to get another piece made. And just so you know, they don’t do any of the work there with glass, they just order it through their distributors. So they are essentially just an installer. They replaced a broken sealed unit at my house. The technicians and the administrator that did the invoicing were all great to deal with. Job done on-time and on-budget. I would definitely hire them again.

Called on a Friday to enquire a replacement window, the CSR advised she will send a tech out that day for measurement and provide a quote through email and I was not required to be home for the measurements as I am at work. Next day Saturday I received no email, so I called and left a message as they are most likely closed Saturday. Great experience. Had to replace a front bay window that had an internal grid that was failing. The price was exactly what was quoted.
