They run a scam as far as their Valley View Apartments are concerned ??. Sprinkler ruined my place and no fire. They tried to blame me

I apologize for the late reply regarding this review; this review was placed on my desk on 6/22/2018. I do believe all situations have been resolved since the time of this review. When researching into the manufacture defect of the refrigerator, we need to follow appropriate procedures to prevent voiding the warranty. In this instance, when we received the Service Request Order, we contacted the manufacturer immediately and did appropriate follow-ups in accordance with the manufacturer warranty. I am the authorized representative for Leah F***** , a senior tenant who lived at Sungate Villa II in ******** ******AZ Unit # *****, a senior low income apartment complex. She was a tenant from March 2015 thru August 2017. Paid her rent on time every month. Recently, because of health reasons she had to relocate from AZ to her son's home in New Hampshire.
