Extremely poor application process. The building administrator for Greenwood Commons, Kiki, does not return emails and the main office won't forward any calls to her. She also comes in late and leaves early, which only provides a small window to reach her. The lease application obligates you to take the unit if offered to you but the processing time takes so long that you are forced to also look at other options. I don't get the hate. It's been a great experience for me renting from them. Hopefully the move out will go as smoothly. I'll definitely miss the place and the ease of dealing with Wesbrook.
Lived in Focal for 3 years, just moved out. Maintenance was always prompt and effective and the online portal was very easy to navigate. Management responds to emails quickly. The building itself was very nice to live in and the field side units have an amazing view (especially at dusk!) I had a few stains and minor damage to the living room walls from the past 3 years and was deducted $50 off of my deposit which I personally found reasonable.
