I love WesBanco as a whole. They are usually the best with customer service, and extremely convenient. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I have quite a bit in both of my accounts. Never been negligent. The woman who answered the phone when I went to update my phone number was extremely rude, and I accommodating due to the circumstances I had just dealt with.
