I've been with wesbanco for 20years and have had nothing but issues with them for the last 3-4 years. Very very slow, messed up multiple wire transfers, and continue to increase foreign atm charges. I've taken about 90% of my money out and now just use them to deposit pay checks and transfer them out to other banks. Would not recommend new customers. Just getting worst as time goes along, seems like since they closed down the one on east side.
I called about my account today. And I've banked with wesbanco for years. The lady I spoke to is the nastiest person I ever spoke to there. Maybe teach your workers to be more pleasant
