They don't value my time. 1st in line, waited 15 minutes... was Told helping inside customers, so I drove around and went in...NO ONE was in there...NO ONE... ridiculous
The new drive-thru hours (till 4pm M-Th) are terrible and the service is horrifically slow. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, but they need more staff to service customers. Been in the drive thru for 25 min. Two lanes open and only one car has serviced in that time.
So I left this bank about 2 or more years ago because they got to be the slowest drive thru ever ! My partner still goes to this bank!! Why ?I don't know ! We have been sitting here for over 30 minutes and not one car has moved! This is unacceptable service!! By far!! Don't try to go on your lunch break!!
First in line at drive thru waiting now for 25 minutes. Hire more tellers. Will be changing banks.
