If I could give it no stars I would!!! My kids grandmother sends checks for me and my kids on birthdays and holidays because it’s cheaper to do that than it is to send presents.. I opened an account here so that I would be able to cash her checks when she sends them. But they close my account without saying anything bc there’s not money always setting in the account! Best bank ever
There have been several headaches with this bank over the years but the whopper today was them completely losing a $5,000 check deposit. No one knows where it is or why the money disappeared from my account. In fact they don't even see the deposit in my account despite the physical receipt I have in my hand. Do not give these criminals your money. Instead go to a real bank.
