Terrible customer service. Online banking is horrific and convoluted. My mortgage was sold to Wesbanco and it's a hassle every month and you can never reach anyone on the phone. Still waiting ......
This place has been absolutely a pleasure to do business here. The tellers, the 2 head tellers i think, Seth & the lady, I forget her name.. sorry ma'am! Each time I go in they always go above to help me.. no complaints! Top notch employees for sure.! Thank you both!!
This is the WORST bank ever!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I made a payment and 10 days laters, the company STILL had not received the money. They had NO problem taking the money out of my account immediately. They had GREAT DIFFICULTY actually making the payment. All they gave me were excuses for not making the payment. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!! RUN, do not walk away from this HORRIBLE bank!
WORST BANK IN AMERICA
Joan at the Sabraton location is rude and nasty! Weaponizes being slow on purpose and does not have a good attitude. She will sit and work on something else right in front of you without acknowledging you have stepped up in line. If you go in the lobby, don’t even bother saying hello because she will not be acknowledging you.
