Joan at the Sabraton location is rude and nasty! Weaponizes being slow on purpose and does not have a good attitude. She will sit and work on something else right in front of you without acknowledging you have stepped up in line. If you go in the lobby, don’t even bother saying hello because she will not be acknowledging you. I absolutely love banking at WesBanco. I have had an account here for 10 years now and I have NEVER had an issue with anything what so ever. The app is perfect to have, the customer service is top tier. And early access to paychecks are a plus!

Google hours say the drive-thru is open until 6. They’re not. Wasted time.
