Exceptional customer service! Visited a few days ago. From the employee who greeted me to the manager who sent a response to my questions after hours, and the service put forth getting my partners accounts and online banking straightened out, I can’t say enough. We will miss being steps away but plan to continue banking here. Thank you all for setting the bar.
The north shore branch older lady teller is rude and has a very bad attitude. Very disappointed.
My least favorite branch besides Strip District which is even worse. Unfortunately, I think it's mostly just one woman that gives the rest a bad name here. Always rude. I avoid this branch at all costs.
This is my favorite branch. All the women in here are awesome and amazing people to deal with. I’ve been to a few of the other branches and they weren’t very personable. These ladies make you feel welcomed and they all know you by name.
